Once you have placed your order, there are no cancellations or refunds – except in the case where you’ve ordered a printed copy of the book and it turns up damaged. You will need to take photo documentation of the damage to the book and send it to info@channelforgrace.guru to secure your refund. This will needs to be done within 7 days of your package being delivered.
